Yoga
Learn how to relax and let go while becoming more flexible in one of our Yoga classes. Learn breathing techniques for deeper breathing, yoga poses for increased flexibility, and a new outlet for relaxation. Yoga is meant to help you become more flexible physically while helping you to relax your mind to create balance between the body, mind and spirit. Whether you are looking to relax and unwind, become more flexible to enhance your other physical activities, or would just like to try something new, we welcome you to try our classes. Beginner are welcome to come to any class. Class sessions begin every four weeks. You may drop in anytime during a session. We have extra mats if you do not have your own. We recommend wearing comfortable fitted exercise clothing to class.

Wednesday 9:30 am - 10:45 am - Katie
Thursday 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Private Sessions available for $55 per hour

Any students age 14-18 are free if they are attending class with a paying parent.

Belly Dance
Our Belly Dance Class is ongoing and may be joined at any time. We have a Belly Dance recital every year for our students along with multiple opportunities to perform at festivals if the student wishes to participate in our outside events. Allow your feminine side to shine through while trimming your waist line. Your are guaranteed to have an
unforgettable time every week with us! You can pay as a drop in each time or you can purchase four classes at a time. Whey you purchase four classes we keep a sign in sheet so that if you miss a week or two you still get all four classes that you paid for.
